Senior Product Manager, AI

Posted Jun 20

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area, ensuring alignment among engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.

• Establish, prioritize, and deliver features and platform capabilities for customers, balancing immediate execution with long-term strategic goals.

• Oversee the design and implementation of agentic AI workflows — encompassing human-in-the-loop systems, autonomous task execution, and AI-assisted decision-making — that significantly minimize manual effort for both customers and internal teams.

• Collaborate with AI engineering to define agent behavior, escalation logic, output quality standards, and evaluation frameworks; treat AI pipelines as products that necessitate iteration rather than one-off launches.

• Discover opportunities to integrate intelligent automation into current workflows, focusing on customer pain points to identify where agentic systems offer the greatest impact.

• Engage directly with customers, customer-facing teams, and external partners to thoroughly understand issues, validate solutions, and shape collaborative outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure product decisions adhere to regulatory, contractual, and internal governance standards.

• Define and monitor success metrics — such as adoption, reliability, quality, and efficiency gains — and utilize these insights to guide prioritization and report progress to leadership.

• Function as a product leader: influence without direct authority, provide clarity in uncertain situations, and assist fellow PMs in their development through collaboration, feedback, and example.

• Create and sustain documentation, guidelines, and best practices that disseminate knowledge across product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven history of owning and delivering significant products or platforms within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated capability in defining and delivering AI-enhanced product features — including agentic workflows, LLM integration, or intelligent automation — with clear accountability for outcomes, not merely requirements.

• Strong technical understanding: adept at discussing system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines, and product architecture with engineers and capable of making informed trade-offs.

• Proven track record of setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving results at a senior level without relying on direct authority.

• Data-informed decision maker with experience in defining product metrics and leveraging them to steer strategy and prioritization.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.

• Experience in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is desirable.

• Previous experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the development of a product organization is a plus.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary tailored to each country.

• Stock options.

• Health benefits.

• Unlimited PTO.

• Parental leave.

• Tuition reimbursement.

• And much more!
