This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant product area, fostering alignment among engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Define, prioritize, and implement customer-focused features and platform capabilities, balancing immediate execution with long-term strategic objectives.
• Spearhead the design and execution of agentic AI workflows — including human-in-the-loop systems, autonomous task execution, and AI-assisted decision-making — that substantially reduce manual effort for both customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with AI engineering to establish agent behavior, escalation logic, output quality standards, and evaluation frameworks; consider AI pipelines as products that necessitate iteration rather than one-off launches.
• Discover opportunities to integrate intelligent automation into existing workflows, starting from customer pain points to identify where agentic systems can provide the most leverage.
• Engage directly with customers, customer-facing teams, and external partners to gain a deep understanding of challenges, validate solutions, and shape collaborative outcomes.
• Partner with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure that product decisions adhere to regulatory, contractual, and internal governance standards.
• Define and monitor success metrics — including adoption, reliability, quality, and efficiency gains — and utilize these insights to inform prioritization and communicate progress to leadership.
• Function as a product leader: influence without direct authority, clarify ambiguous situations, and support the growth of other PMs on the team through collaboration, feedback, and leading by example.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices that enhance knowledge sharing across product and engineering teams.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning and delivering significant products or platforms in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing AI-driven product features — including agentic workflows, LLM integration, or intelligent automation — with clear accountability for outcomes, not just requirements.
• Strong technical fluency: adept at discussing system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines, and product architecture with engineers and capable of making informed tradeoff decisions.
• Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes at a senior level without relying on direct authority.
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience in defining product metrics and employing them to steer strategy and prioritization.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey complex technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Experience in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred.
• Previous experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the advancement of a product organization is a plus.
• Competitive salary specific to each country
• Stock options
• Health benefits
• Unlimited PTO
• Parental leave
• Tuition reimbursements
• Much more!
