Senior Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a significant aspect of Mitratech’s AI initiative from strategy and roadmap through to delivery and production, ensuring general availability aligns with committed timelines.

• Transform vague, high-stakes challenges into well-defined plans and successful outcomes, prioritizing what is most important and driving decisions to completion.

• Collaborate closely with engineering on an AI-rich platform to translate discovery into deliverable scope, bridging the gap between planning and execution.

• Convert customer insights and early-access feedback into a clear, prioritized roadmap for future development.

• Ensure solutions are coherent and reusable across the shared AI platform and the applications built upon it, rather than developing one-off products.

• Act as the product representative with senior stakeholders and clients, enhancing the standard for product excellence throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience, including the development of AI/ML or technically sophisticated platform products.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex products to general availability within committed timelines in an engineering-focused environment.

• Capability to independently tackle ambiguous, cross-functional issues and drive them to successful completion.

• Proficient understanding of generative AI and large language model product concepts, with the ability to work closely with engineering and architecture teams.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, design, and product, with effective written and verbal communication directed at senior stakeholders.

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably within legal, risk, compliance, or other regulated sectors.
