Senior Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions.

• Begin with customer outcomes to craft clear problem statements, PRDs, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to outline experiments and manage backlogs.

• Lead customer discovery; design pilot programs and work together with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies.

• Manage the business case and model unit economics and ROI.

• Ensure data readiness and integrity by evaluating data quality and establishing human-in-the-loop and policy guardrails.

• Work cross-functionally with data engineering, retailer success, enterprise sales, and business development to transition products from concept to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product management experience in developing B2B or enterprise software, including more than 3 years delivering AI/ML-driven products from concept to general availability.

• A proven track record of successfully launching at least 2 AI/ML products utilized by enterprise clients with measurable financial results.

• Hands-on experience with data, including the ability to query or analyze large datasets and assess data quality, model performance, and signal reliability.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams involving engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing to launch and scale products.

• Demonstrated capability in constructing ROI and unit economics models and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, including security, IT, and legal/procurement processes.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; adept at conveying technical concepts to commercial audiences and vice versa.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business discipline or equivalent practical experience.
