Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and enhance customer interactions.

• Collaborate with engineers to formulate prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures.

• Act as the technical liaison between the engineering team and the wider organization.

• Foster continuous improvement in answer quality and boost customer satisfaction.

• Partner with OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or technical product management within a dynamic startup environment.

• Demonstrated interest in contemporary LLM systems.

• Capability to navigate technical trade-offs and set a standard through leadership in the implementation of AI platform guidelines.

• Proven history of transforming intricate, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
