📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development of our AI platform and customer experiences, from the initial roadmap to implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safeguard measures—striking a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical liaison between the engineering team and the wider organization, setting AI best practices and platform standards.

• Foster systematic enhancements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through thorough experimentation.

• Engage with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical capacity such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a related role in a fast-paced startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs and related technologies.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
