Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development cycle for our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial roadmap to final implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies, evaluation criteria, and safety measures—finding the right balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical liaison between the engineering team and the wider organization, establishing best practices and standards for AI platforms.

• Promote continuous enhancement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through comprehensive experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and deploy cutting-edge voice models and workflow automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or technical product management within a dynamic startup environment.

• Demonstrated interest in contemporary LLM systems.

• Capability to navigate technical trade-offs and set an example while implementing AI platform standards.

• Proven history of transforming complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
