Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development lifecycle of our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial planning phase to global implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to devise prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safeguards—striking a balance between latency, cost, and precision.

• Act as the technical liaison between engineering and the wider organization, promoting AI best practices and platform benchmarks.

• Propel systematic enhancements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through methodical experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or technical product management within a dynamic startup environment.

• Demonstrated interest in contemporary LLM systems and a commitment to working in a regulated production setting.

• Capability to navigate technical trade-offs and lead by example when establishing AI platform standards.

• A proven history of transforming complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
