Senior Product Manager, Admissions

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Carefeed’s Admissions Product capabilities.

• Establish and communicate clear product objectives that align with the company's goals.

• Balance immediate customer needs with long-term platform scalability and technical integrity.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance usability, and create new value across the platform.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and success metrics through research, feedback, and data analysis.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to integrate customer insights and prioritize impactful initiatives.

• Convert complex customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

• Lead cross-functional teams through the stages of discovery, planning, delivery, and iteration.

• Draft clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage backlog prioritization and scope decisions, making thoughtful trade-offs.

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.

• Collaborate with Engineering to guarantee technical feasibility, quality, and scalability.

• Work with Design to provide intuitive, user-centered experiences.

• Act as a reliable partner to Sales and GTM to promote customer success.

• Ensure that product functionality upholds high standards for reliability, performance, security, and compliance.

• Advocate for product quality, usability, and consistency throughout the platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives.

• Strong capability to translate customer and business needs into a clear product strategy and execution plans.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering on technically complex systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, supported by a data-informed approach.
