Senior Product Manager – AAL, AAX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Become a key member of the Marketing Programs team, overseeing TELUS and Koodo's add a line (AAL) and add a X (AAX) portfolio.

• Propel profitable growth through targeted segments within TELUS Consumer Solutions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across various channels and functions to implement the strategy effectively.

• Take full ownership of the portfolio, providing consultation on aspects ranging from target-setting to program design.

• Drive outcomes for AAL/AAX in both customer acquisition and retention efforts.

• Act as the strategic architect for our AAL/AAX portfolio, managing the complete program lifecycle from conception to optimization.

• Lead the strategy for customer acquisition and retention by designing a test-and-learn program that adapts based on genuine customer insights.

• Enhance customer engagement and conversion through analytics optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or channel strategy.

• Experience leading a marketing program across three or more channels (e.g., email, web, in-store, paid media, direct mail).

• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to influence others, even without direct authority.

• Proficient in translating complex insights into understandable formats for senior leadership.

• Strategically utilize data—identifying gaps and creating dashboards and reports.

• Flourish in roles that operate at the intersection of cross-functional matrix teams.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proactive approach to completing deliverables.
