Senior Product Leader – Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and long-term roadmap for administrative agent functions.

• Develop and implement standardized workflows along with data interfaces.

• Collaborate with Technology and Architecture teams to ensure scalable capabilities.

• Introduce automation and straight-through processing (STP) for agent notifications.

• Establish robust operational controls and performance dashboards.

• Oversee vendor platforms and industry utilities.

• Enhance client and borrower experiences.

• Conduct quarterly planning cycles and establish OKRs.

• Utilize data-driven prioritization frameworks.

• Advocate for controls-by-design, security, and operational resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in agency operations or product leadership roles within syndicated lending and private credit.

• Extensive knowledge of agency standards, documentation, and workflows.

• Practical experience with agency platforms and market utilities.

• Proven ability in strategic build/buy/partner decision-making.

• Demonstrated success in developing a high-performing, action-oriented, and independent team.

• Established track record of delivering automation solutions for rate resets, position reconciliations, and position updates.

• Strong focus on risk and control measures.

• Advanced expertise in API-first architecture and integration design.

• Executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills.
