This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Oversee and maintain the Contxt product backlog, ensuring that requirements and user stories are articulated clearly, thoroughly, and prioritized for engineering execution.
β’ Convert business, operational, and clinical requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, data rules, and workflow diagrams.
β’ Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily agile ceremonies with the engineering team; collaborate with product and engineering to determine priorities based on market signals and business value.
β’ Analyze complex eligibility logic, clinical workflows, claims data rules, and EHR-derived data structures to ensure consistent system behavior.
β’ Leverage knowledge of EHR systems and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) to establish integration logic, data mappings, and anticipated system behaviors that support accurate eligibility and workflow automation.
β’ Work with engineering to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and ensure development aligns with expected outcomes.
β’ Develop user flows, data dictionaries, rule libraries, and system documentation for engineering, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams.
β’ Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validate sprint increments, identify defects, and ensure each release adheres to quality standards.
β’ Conduct client discovery sessions with life sciences prospects and partners to explore new use case opportunities.
β’ Create value demonstration materials, ROI logic, examples, client-ready use case framing, and proof points.
β’ Establish structured value frameworks, case studies, and repeatable templates to facilitate pre-sales and post-implementation discussions.
β’ At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Product Lead, Discovery and Value, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in healthcare technology, clinical trials, or other data-intensive fields.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Jira or other comparable software.
β’ Capability to support both market-facing discovery and execution-focused agile delivery.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in utilizing data, analyzing workflows, and applying business logic.
