This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with client objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale and enhance adoption, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Continuously assess business goals, customer insights, and operational data to guide prioritization and investment choices.
• Utilize metrics and dashboards to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.
• Provide succinct, data-driven updates on status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions to executive and cross-functional leaders.
• Build trust through open communication, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery at pace.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize work based on impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch to ongoing improvement—focused on minimizing cycle time.
• Oversee multiple products and priorities at once; set measurable objectives and sustain delivery velocity.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers and SMEs to swiftly validate problems and opportunities.
• Transform goals into actionable features complete with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure feasibility, reduce ambiguity, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead significant, cross-team initiatives through robust governance, structured decision-making, and effective operating forums.
• Drive alignment among contract, business, and technology groups to ensure solutions adhere to standards without delaying delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison across Agile/SAFe teams; facilitate PI planning and sprint ceremonies with an emphasis on predictability and speed.
• Continuously refine delivery processes to reduce time to value and enhance quality.
• Iterate based on user feedback and outcomes; institutionalize learnings to expedite future delivery.
• Identify growth levers and operational simplifications that improve user experience and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
• 10+ years of collaboration with engineering, design, and research teams, including hands-on experience in solutioning or software development/design.
• 8+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing product managers and individual contributors.
• 5+ years of experience in large technology companies or startup environments.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bonus If You Have:
• 3+ years of experience working with data analysis or data-driven solutions.
• 1+ year of experience with AI tools and solutions.
