This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, initiate, and evaluate A/B testing strategies for product features, engagement tactics, and onboarding enhancements.
• Examine click, engagement, subscription, and platform behavior data to discover opportunities for retention and learner experience improvements.
• Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for product launches, monitoring them over time.
• Analyze results to inform rollout recommendations, test modifications, and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Academics.
• Identify, visualize, and extract key performance indicators for informed decision-making and actionable plans.
• Present insights and succinct data narratives to senior leadership, catering to both data-savvy and non-data-savvy audiences.
• Create comprehensive Power BI reports that empower teams and partners to independently access precise data narratives and trends.
• Address ad-hoc stakeholder inquiries and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Guide junior analysts, including code development and review, Power BI reporting strategies, and consulting support.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a consultative, data-driven business analytics role is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment focusing on product analytics is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in a rapidly growing industry is required.
• Capability to address loosely defined business inquiries using complex datasets and statistical methods.
• Demonstrated history of client service and timely, insightful project delivery.
• Strong consulting abilities.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
• Leadership qualities with the capacity to train and mentor junior analysts.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation and extraction methods.
• Strong familiarity with analytic tools and proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Experience in querying databases and creating actionable data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Ability to design tests and conduct ad-hoc statistical analyses.
• Experience with Salesforce data and reports is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and BigQuery is an advantage.
• Experience with subscription-based data is beneficial.
• Knowledge of platform behavior data is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally as business needs arise.
