📋 Description

• Take charge of growth analytics for teams focused on new member revenue.

• Identify data-driven opportunities and transform them into actionable recommendations.

• Oversee the instrumentation of new features.

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing.

• Create dashboards for self-service reporting.

• Challenge existing assumptions and deliver analytical insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product or growth analytics within subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses.

• Capability to manage end-to-end analysis for a product area with minimal guidance.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.

• Knowledge of experimentation methodologies and statistical significance.

• Proficient understanding of growth and product metrics.

• Excellent data storytelling abilities.

• Strong product instincts to generate innovative ideas.
