Senior Product Engineer – Frontend

📋 Description

• Leverage your strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript to design and develop product features utilizing React, Zod, Lexical, and other widely-used open-source technologies.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion to address genuine customer needs.

• Create innovative and state-of-the-art user experiences, fueled by your knowledge of contemporary frontend development tools and methodologies.

• Embody Attio’s Product & Engineering principles both within the organization and in external interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product-driven companies, ideally in developing modern web or desktop applications.

• Strong UI and product intuition.

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated history of ownership and successful product delivery.

• A proactive, self-driven problem-solving mindset, coupled with a deep passion for enhancing and innovating frontend technology.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to the broader team and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design.

• Nice to have: Involvement in or contributions to open source projects.

• Nice to have: Interest or experience in mentoring fellow team members.

• Nice to have: Experience with data-rich frontend applications, adept at managing real-time data, and employing techniques such as client-side state management for seamless background or offline updates and collaborative editing.

• Nice to have: Enthusiasm for experimenting with new concepts, tools, and techniques, as well as exploring emerging technologies.
