This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Leverage extensive knowledge in TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP to advance the company and its products.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion to address genuine customer challenges.

• Design systems that support new features with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

• Re-engineer current systems to accommodate increasing scaling requirements.

• Develop REST API contracts for both internal and external users.

• Exemplify Attio’s Product & Engineering values both within the organization and to external stakeholders.

• Profound expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP.

• Proven experience in designing scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.

• In-depth understanding of modern Cloud Native systems architecture.

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated history of ownership and successful product delivery.

• A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for innovation in distributed systems.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts to a broader team and sway stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design.

• Experience in contributing to or engaging in open source projects (preferred).

• Interest or experience in mentoring team members (preferred).

• Background in working with data-intensive backend applications or managing large volumes of real-time data (preferred).

• Passion for exploring new ideas, tools, techniques, and technologies (preferred).
