Mid-Level Developer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a consultative partner to clients, influencing product and experience decisions at both strategic and executive levels.

• Navigate within a large, multi-stakeholder client environment, harmonizing conflicting priorities and fostering consensus across teams.

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify user needs, behaviors, and business context.

• Analyze current-state customer journeys and design future-state journeys, highlighting pain points and opportunities.

• Convert research findings into actionable business opportunities that align with the client's strategic objectives.

• Create polished, high-fidelity UI prototypes for validation at the executive level and for usability testing.

• Present insights, customer journeys, and prototypes to product managers and C-level executives.

• Engage in an innovative project within a collaborative, multicultural setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design, leading discovery for complex, high-stakes projects.

• Demonstrated ability to function as a consultant or trusted advisor within large, matrixed organizations.

• Strong background in conducting qualitative research with users and stakeholders.

• Expertise in mapping customer journeys across expansive, multi-touchpoint ecosystems.

• Capability to identify and express business opportunities derived from research insights.

• Advanced prototyping skills utilizing tools such as Figma.

• Outstanding presentation and storytelling abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Skilled in UX/UI design principles and methodologies.

• Advanced capabilities in prototyping and design tools, including Figma.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in facilitating executive workshops and steering committees is a plus.

• Familiarity with scalable design systems is advantageous.

• Experience in highly regulated environments or healthcare is a plus.
