Senior Product Development Manager – VMS More

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You collaborate with developers, scientists, and medical professionals to create innovative product ideas and concepts.

• You oversee the complete product development process — from the initial concept to a successful launch and beyond.

• You develop detailed and structured product briefs for the design and marketing teams.

• You take responsibility for end-to-end planning, prioritization, and ongoing development of cross-functional projects.

• You maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information across all channels (B2C & B2B).

• You analyze market trends, pinpoint opportunities, and define clear unique selling propositions (USPs) for our products in close partnership with the marketing department.

• You create and manage labeling data in accordance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in economics, nutritional sciences, or a similar field.

• You have several years of professional experience in product management, quality management, or project management — preferably within the food or dietary supplements sector.

• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• You thrive in team settings and communicate in an open, clear, and purposeful manner.

• You are self-motivated, organized, and exhibit an agile, dynamic work style.

• You welcome professional challenges and are committed to continuous development.

• You are eager to participate in regular training to intentionally expand your knowledge.

• You are fluent in both German and English at a business/professional level.
