Senior Product Development Manager – Protein Powder Category

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You collaborate with developers, scientists, and medical professionals to create innovative product ideas and concepts.

• You oversee the complete product development process, from the initial concept to a successful launch and beyond.

• You produce detailed and structured product briefs for the design and marketing teams.

• You are accountable for comprehensive planning, prioritization, and ongoing development of cross-functional projects.

• You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information across all channels (B2C & B2B).

• You analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and establish clear unique selling propositions (USPs) for our products in collaboration with the marketing team.

• You create and manage label data while ensuring compliance with all pertinent legal and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Business Administration, Nutritional Sciences, or a comparable qualification.

• You have several years of experience in product management, quality management, or project management, preferably within the food or dietary supplements sector.

• You are skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• You thrive in a team environment and communicate openly, clearly, and purposefully.

• You work independently, are organized, and exhibit an agile, dynamic working style.

• You embrace technical challenges and strive for continuous professional growth.

• You are committed to ongoing training and actively seek to expand your knowledge.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
