This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary escalation contact for all topics related to Contract Management.
• Identify and offer guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports, fostering a high-performance team.
• Assume full responsibility for the recruitment, training, skills development, mentorship, and oversight of the regional team to facilitate their growth and advancement.
• Collaborate effectively across various domains, including but not limited to Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success, as well as with internal stakeholders in the Lifecycle team to successfully execute and enhance current integrations, processes, workflows, iterations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with Remote’s business objectives.
• Enhance and optimize the processes, workflows, and tools of the Lifecycle Contracts Management team, including identifying opportunities for automation to boost quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Be capable of transitioning from “scout to scale” and initiate projects effectively.
• Serve as an internal and external advocate for Remote's values and the objectives of the Lifecycle team.
• A proven track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries in the APAC region, with in-depth knowledge of contracts management and labor law.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling or managing HR Operations across varied APAC markets, with strong expertise in local labor compliance and contract management.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
• Practical experience in people management, complemented by a coaching mindset.
• Familiarity with various digital tools, showcasing tech-savviness.
• Driven to achieve goals, accustomed to operating in a service-level environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in startup and remote work settings is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered advantageous.
• Capable of securely managing and safeguarding employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols and ensuring the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling and accessing such information.
