Senior Product Designer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and implement comprehensive product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

• Create user experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.

• Develop intricate workflows pertaining to billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.

• Establish scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.

• Employ systems thinking across complex SaaS and platform ecosystems.

• Frame ambiguous challenges, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and mitigate design risks.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Utilize research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and enhance solutions.

• Harness AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to explore and validate product concepts.

• Contribute to a scalable and cohesive product experience across interconnected platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.

• Robust experience with systems thinking and interconnected product experiences.

• Experience with enterprise workflows including account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, or similar platform domains.

• Familiarity with accounts and account management, activation, monetization, permissions and roles, or enterprise platform workflows.

• Strong skills in prototyping.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Experience utilizing AI tools and/or coded prototypes in the product design process.

• Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Residing in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work remotely with international teams.
