Senior Product Designer, Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for the Proposals Squad while working in close collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• Initiate user experience research, prototyping, usability testing, incorporate feedback, and evaluate metrics within an iterative design framework.

• Utilize strategic thinking to enhance product features and ensure design solutions align with the company's objectives.

• Foster a positive design team culture through design jams, critiques, retrospectives, and initiatives that span across squads.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights that inform design solutions.

• Advocate for user needs and make decisions that prioritize the customer experience.

• Support and aid in the development of the product design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting complete product life cycles.

• Proven ability to deconstruct complex challenges into intuitive and engaging solutions.

• Experience with user research methodologies and the capability to translate findings into actionable design insights.

• Strong visual design expertise coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

• Comfort in integrating AI tools into design processes, including ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis.

• A growth mindset with a dedication to enhancing processes, tools, and techniques.
