
Senior Product Designer – Growth, Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Design and enhance user experiences for B2C digital products.
• Focus on onboarding processes, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid transitions, retention strategies, and monetization paths.
• Convert user research, product analytics, and behavioral insights into effective design solutions.
• Develop, test, and refine design hypotheses through A/B testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders involved in the product.
• Create and uphold scalable design systems, components, and visual guidelines.
• Enhance key product metrics such as conversion rates, retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Work across multiple products, as the company’s offerings are relatively compact, and teams frequently support more than one product.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
• Strong background with B2C digital products.
• Demonstrated experience in designing performance-oriented user flows: onboarding, subscription funnels, paywalls, conversion rate optimization (CRO) flows, trial-to-paid transitions, or retention paths.
• Practical experience with A/B testing and product experimentation.
• Data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze user behavior data, analytics, and product metrics.
• Advanced skills in Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, design systems, and organized developer-ready files.
• Experience in working with or creating scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in English.
