UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create user-friendly wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-quality UI for both web and mobile applications.

• Perform user research, conduct stakeholder interviews, and facilitate usability testing sessions.

• Develop and uphold detailed design systems, component libraries, and style guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Ensure all design outputs comply with WCAG accessibility standards and adhere to inclusive design principles.

• Rapidly iterate on designs informed by user feedback, testing results, and data analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of UI/UX product design experience within a technology company or agency.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing launched digital products.

• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience in designing for both web platforms and native mobile applications.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present designs to senior stakeholders.
