Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Outline and enhance user journeys for employees, managers, and service teams.

• Develop scalable UI patterns for service discovery, request submissions, and fulfillment tracking.

• Design and prototype interactions among self-service options, knowledge bases, AI-driven recommendations, and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers to realize concepts.

• Work in partnership with Service Operations teams (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to ensure the catalog aligns with real-world processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design with a robust portfolio demonstrating growth-oriented work.

• Extensive experience in product-led growth within SaaS platforms, particularly in B2B or enterprise tools.

• Familiarity with ITAM, CRM, HRIS, or other employee experience technologies.

• Strong knowledge in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.

• Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and usability testing techniques.

• Capability to navigate complexity and develop scalable, user-centric solutions.
