Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design direction from the initial problem framing to final delivery.

• Make informed design recommendations and defend them effectively.

• Interpret the project scope in a comprehensive manner.

• Contribute to our design system based on components.

• Deliver work that identifies and addresses gaps prior to the review process.

• Lead the integration of AI within design workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in designing interactive digital products, whether in-house, at an agency, or in a startup environment.

• Proven ability to make design decisions and advocate for them under scrutiny.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Understanding of web technologies and their implications for design.

• Excellent communication skills: you can explain the rationale behind your decisions, not just the decisions themselves.

• Experience with active AI workflows in your design practice.
