Senior Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design immersive and engaging experiences that connect individuals with environments, events, and interactions.

• Drive design initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring innovative and user-centric solutions.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted design consultant.

• Lead design teams in producing high-quality designs that fulfill business and user requirements.

• Confirm design feasibility by collaborating with technical teams.

• Take responsibility from the discovery phase to user testing, ensuring the delivery of impactful designs.

• Assist with AI projects to develop user-centered experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience.

• Extensive industry vertical expertise.

• Familiarity and experience with IT infrastructure or other technical applications.

• Understanding of human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences.

• Background in data science, AI/ML.

• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent portfolio.

• Preferred Education: MDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA, or equivalent qualifications.
