Senior Product Designer, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of growth-critical areas such as pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout processes from initial concept to deployed, tested experiments.

• Convert ARR growth, expansion revenue, and churn reduction objectives into design hypotheses and actionable interface modifications.

• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experimental methodologies alongside growth engineering and data teams.

• Partner with growth engineering and product teams to swiftly implement experiments and transform successful experiments into permanent product features.

• Contribute to maintaining visual and interaction consistency across growth surfaces and the overall product.

• Establish design direction for Runway’s growth surfaces.

• Provide mentorship to other designers focused on the conversion funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing product interfaces directly linked to revenue, with demonstrable impact on ARR, conversion rates, or expansion revenue.

• Proficient in conducting and interpreting quantitative experiments.

• Skilled in designing user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web applications.

• Strong visual design capabilities.

• Experience in delivering and iterating rapidly in close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

• Ability to adapt and iterate quickly and frequently.

• Comfortable working on unfamiliar areas of the product.

• Familiarity with the creative tool landscape.

• Experience with functional prototyping using AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is a plus.

• Artistic and creative skills, particularly in video/audio editing, iconography, typography, or illustration, are a bonus.

• Candidates must currently reside in the U.S. or Canada.

• Candidates in the U.S. must be authorized to work in the U.S. at present.
