Senior Product Designer – Credit & Cards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process for the Credit & Cards sector, from initial problem framing and research to delivering a polished user interface.

• Utilize research, product metrics, and customer insights to inform and justify your design choices.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to define project scope and expected outcomes.

• Contribute to the design system, enhancing consistency, accessibility, and quality throughout the interface.

• Create designs for credit applications, card issuance, and repayment experiences that foster trust in complex financial decisions.

• Convert compliance and risk requirements, such as credit checks, KYC, and repayment terms, into clear, straightforward, and user-friendly flows.

• Balance conversion objectives with responsible communication regarding risk and costs to customers.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Research teams from the discovery phase through to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, specifically with ownership of intricate, multi-step user flows.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and refined interaction/visual craftsmanship.

• Experience in designing platforms that encompass multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies.

• Proficient in using research, data, and business context to justify design decisions within cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in professional English.
