Senior Product Designer – Core Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create features and workflows for sophisticated, data-intensive B2B SaaS products

• AI-integrated design — embedding AI throughout the discovery, prototyping, and delivery phases to enhance iteration and amplify impact across teams

• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert requirements into user-friendly UX solutions

• Aid in enhancing consistency across products by utilizing shared patterns and standards

• Contribute to the progression of the design system through input and suggestions

• Perform research leveraging product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer insights

• Work alongside Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to produce high-quality designs

• Showcase design work and the rationale behind it to product leadership and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product design

• Required experience in B2B SaaS (please refrain from applying if this experience is absent)

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools within the design framework

• Background in designing intricate workflows or software focused on operations

• A portfolio that highlights strong UX principles and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to work autonomously with input and guidance from senior designers

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams in India is a significant advantage

• Comfortable working in uncertain environments
