Senior Product Designer, B2B Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complete journeys encompassing onboarding, activation, and ongoing account management for the Business Account, utilizing the Merchant Dashboard and Business App.

• Create intuitive, data-rich interfaces for intricate financial data.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance/Risk teams, and UX Researchers.

• Collaborate with designers from various streams to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Leverage data and insights to guide design choices.

• Organize and conduct user research with business users.

• Showcase and champion design work to stakeholders.

• Contribute Business Account design patterns to the overarching design system.

• Fully own projects in a fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing digital products, preferably in B2B, fintech, or intricate data-driven tools.

• Strong design skills evidenced by an impressive portfolio.

• Proficiency in designing for both web/dashboard and native mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

• Capability to navigate complexity and financial/lending lifecycles.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to convey a compelling design vision.

• Understanding of technical limitations and effective collaboration with engineering teams.

• Confidence in your work and excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in applying systems thinking and contributing to collective design systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Prior experience in fintech or financial products is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
