Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide the design strategy across significant product initiatives, from initial problem identification to final delivery.

• Act as a design leader throughout the entire product development process, taking ownership of product interfaces from start to finish.

• Collaborate with and influence teams in engineering, product management, and research beyond your immediate responsibilities.

• Create and refine design guidelines and principles that enhance the quality of the team's product endeavors.

• Transform your designs into reality: prototype, test with users, and deliver production-ready work utilizing AI-assisted tools.

• Facilitate constructive critiques, offering feedback that enhances thought processes, not just execution, while fostering an environment for others to excel.

• Tackle and resolve intricate, ambiguous challenges that span multiple functions.

• Integrate emerging technologies (AI, ML, conversational interfaces) into projects in ways that are truly beneficial, rather than merely trendy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio showcasing outstanding craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic influence.

• Unwavering focus on the nuances that create a seamless experience: typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion, and interaction quality.

• Strong UX judgment, encompassing flows, states, edge cases, and holistic systems thinking, not limited to visuals.

• Proven history of leading intricate, cross-functional projects from concept through to launch with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in bringing your designs to life using AI-assisted tools, or enthusiastic to learn. We are an AI-native team where designers take ownership of their projects until they are released.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying design rationale to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Proven ability to influence product direction beyond your immediate work scope.
