Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership to define product vision and deliver comprehensive customer experiences—from discovery to launch, ensuring a seamless process without handoffs.

• Take ownership of features from initial ideas to final product release, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Develop refined designs that effectively convey concepts and expedite the decision-making process.

• Code prototypes using AI coding tools.

• Contribute to and enhance our design system to maintain consistency and scalability throughout the product.

• Incorporate accessibility as a fundamental quality standard rather than a final checklist.

• Elevate the quality of work through design critiques, cross-functional teamwork, and constructive feedback.

• Spot opportunities to enhance current experiences, whether by reimagining significant workflows or resolving minor points of friction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or other intricate software applications.

• Strong product insight with the capability to simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive solutions.

• Exceptional visual, interaction, and UX design abilities, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product ownership.

• Experience working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development process.

• Proficient prototyping skills and the capacity to express ideas through interactive designs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration in asynchronous environments.

• A self-motivated approach—you can establish direction, manage your time effectively, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
