Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design for a specific product area at Tremendous.

• Create rational, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Manage the product copy within your designs.

• Contribute to the team's overall vision, planning, and roadmap.

• Develop and enhance the design system.

• Document context, constraints, and options in Notion docs and Figma files.

• Leverage AI throughout the processes of research, prototyping, and iteration.

• Maintain and elevate the standard of design quality.

• Design with diverse users in mind, focusing on accessibility and internationalization.

• Conduct user research and usability testing.

• Define, manage, and assess design efforts against user and business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product design.

• Background in a startup or a rapidly evolving product company.

• A portfolio showcasing functional, simple, and delightful user interfaces.

• Demonstrated experience in building and refining design systems.

• Exceptional written communication and copywriting abilities.

• Familiarity with AI tools in the design workflow, such as v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar for prototyping.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and independently conduct research and gather insights.

• Experience in designing with an emphasis on accessibility and internationalization.

• Submission of a resume, LinkedIn profile, and visa sponsorship response is required in the application.

• Must address work authorization or visa sponsorship status for employment in the United States.
