Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform a business goal or opportunity into actionable, shippable work autonomously.

• Conduct your own discovery process: engage with users, analyze data, and pinpoint the actual problem prior to crafting a solution.

• Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings, representing design and fostering alignment without the need for an extensive brief.

• Prioritize finding the right solution before enhancing its aesthetic, ensuring UX decisions are rooted in business outcomes and user needs.

• Create and deliver high-quality UX and UI across various product surfaces.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite your workflow, while understanding when they may not be beneficial — possessing enough front-end conceptual knowledge to eventually ship directly with AI.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and fellow designers to guide projects from concept to final delivery.

• Adopt an evidence-based approach within the team — utilizing data and research before diving into design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design, demonstrating a history of managing problems from start to finish.

• Strong UX judgment informed by business context — you identify the optimal solution before refining its design.

• Evidence-driven mindset: practical experience in utilizing data, research, or analytics throughout your design process.

• Comfortable and inquisitive about working with AI tools, with sufficient front-end conceptual understanding to eventually ship directly with AI.

• A genuine passion for product design as a craft.

• Demonstrated capability to independently facilitate stakeholder meetings and achieve alignment without requiring a comprehensive brief.
