This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage comprehensively in the Product Design process, covering both discovery and delivery phases.

• Identify user problems and needs, leading the design, prototyping, validation, and monitoring of the implemented solution.

• Plan and conduct user research and validations.

• Employ interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and other UX Research techniques.

• Develop flows, journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes of varying fidelity levels.

• Take into account user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and accessibility.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering, Data teams, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to product discussions, problem refinement, experimentation, and decision-making processes.

• Oversee implementation to ensure the quality of the user experience delivered.

• Aid in the advancement of Design practices and foster an AI-First culture.

• Utilize the company's Design System.

• Share insights and learnings with the Design community.

• Explore Artificial Intelligence to expedite research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.

• A portfolio showcasing involvement in digital products, demonstrating the ability to explain problems, processes, design decisions, validations, and results.

• Proficiency in Figma and modern Product Design tools.

• Knowledge of Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and Design Systems.

• Familiarity with methods and practices of Product Discovery and UX Research.

• Experience with interviews, journey mapping, problem analysis, usability testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of or practical interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to Design.

• A digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience with Figma Make and AI-assisted prototyping tools is a plus.

• Experience with B2B/SaaS digital products, complex systems, or the application of AI in the Design process is desirable.
