AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the AI strategy for the function in collaboration with the Executive Sponsor and in line with business objectives.

• Identify significant opportunities where AI can enhance workflows and establish measurable success criteria.

• Create comprehensive maps of workflows and upstream/downstream handoffs across different teams.

• Oversee the intake process for AI requests, innovative ideas, and existing challenges.

• Prioritize AI projects based on business results and executive direction.

• Redesign workflows and facilitate adoption along with change management processes.

• Collaborate with Enterprise AI on tools, methodologies, and insights.

• Develop and nurture a network of Champions across various sub-teams.

• Create AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms like Glean and Workato.

• Write and refine skills documentation that defines agent behaviors.

• Securely configure MCP servers and tools with the assistance of the AI Engineer.

• Manage the function's agent fleet by tracking KPIs, assessing changes, and improving performance.

• Collaborate with an AI Engineer on technical implementation, architecture, and scaling for production readiness.

• Extensive knowledge of the operational aspects of your function.

• Strong strategic prioritization capabilities with the ability to make tough decisions regarding competing demands.

• Product management approach, encompassing intake, backlog management, iteration, adoption, and success metrics.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

• Cross-functional insight into organizational processes.

• Proven experience in building peer networks or communities of practice.

• Proficient in building AI agents, configuring skills, connecting MCP servers, and resolving issues.

• Experience with or eagerness to quickly learn no-code/low-code AI platforms, prompt engineering, and agent configuration.

• Strong conceptual grasp of AI capabilities, including summarization, classification, generation, automation, and agentic workflows.

• Ability to map both structured and unstructured data flows.

• Dedication to keeping up with the fast-evolving field of AI.
