Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the design for intricate features and product sectors.

• Oversee design solutions that span multiple teams or significant workflows.

• Promote strong alignment among design, product, and engineering teams.

• Link design choices to quantifiable user and business results.

• Contribute to and enhance Tempo's design system.

• Serve as a role model demonstrating exceptional design thinking and craftsmanship.

• Intentionally apply AI tools with sound judgment throughout the design process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer focusing on complex B2B or SaaS products.

• Proficient in UI design, visual design, and information architecture.

• A portfolio that highlights thoughtful problem-solving and polished execution at scale.

• Ability to connect design with business and user outcomes.

• Understand design trade-offs and advocate for high-impact opportunities.

• A reliable partner to Product and Engineering teams, fostering alignment.

• Confidently drive strategy and execution independently.

• Possess a leadership mindset.

• Apply AI tools consistently and with careful consideration throughout your design workflow.

• Skilled in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
