Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for key product areas, transforming intricate workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• Facilitate or assist with interviews, usability testing, and feedback collection sessions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams from project scoping to final delivery.

• Utilize and enhance Suralink’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

• Work independently, fostering clarity and progress in situations of uncertainty.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing for complex SaaS products.

• Demonstrated experience in designing AI or data-centric features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces).

• Expertise in Figma (including Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, and tokens).

• A robust portfolio that highlights systems thinking and the ability to deliver elegant, cohesive user experiences.

• Experience working collaboratively with engineering and product leadership to influence product roadmaps.

• Exceptional skills in communication, documentation, and presentations.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design principles.
