Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• In your role as a designer at Stable, you will thrive in an AI-driven, builder-oriented setting.

• Your responsibilities will include crafting product briefs, querying live business data, and collaborating closely with the code.

• You will take full ownership of your projects from the discovery phase to delivery, making significant product decisions (including prioritization, trade-offs, and scope) in partnership with engineering and stakeholders.

• A key aspect of this position is the nature of the challenges you will tackle.

• Stable operates at the convergence of digital software and physical operations.

• Creating exceptional customer experiences requires insight into real-world workflows within processing centers that manage over 1 million pieces of mail, and translating that complexity into user-friendly software.

• This interdisciplinary work is demanding, nuanced, and a vital differentiator for Stable.

• Our design team, while compact, is well-established. You will build upon solid foundations, collaborate with seasoned designers, and actively contribute to shaping the design presence throughout the product as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design within dynamic companies.

• Proven experience as a product design generalist, adept at transitioning between research, UI design, systems thinking, and various other areas.

• A keen interest in emerging design tools and AI-enhanced workflows, with a forward-looking perspective on industry trends.

• Strong project management capabilities and a history of successfully driving projects to completion.

• Solid design fundamentals (including hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design).

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deconstruct complex challenges into clear, iterative milestones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B companies.

• Bonus: Experience in designing for tangible real-world processes.

• Familiarity with frontend code and component systems.
