Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the design process within the product pod.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define the product's direction.

• Deliver exceptional quality across all design elements.

• Assess when to include others in the design decision-making process.

• Tackle ambiguous challenges effectively.

• Articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

• Incorporate and experiment with AI tools throughout the design workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product design.

• Exceptional visual design skills, strong UX insights, and a keen eye for detail.

• Proven experience in designing products within B2B environments.

• Insight into effective AI user experience.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Capability to establish design patterns or offer guidance to colleagues.

• Experience with AI tools in design methodologies.

• A collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication abilities.
