Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate initiatives from the initial discovery phase to final delivery.

• Convert challenges into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with property managers, technicians, and residents to inform decision-making.

• Utilize and enhance our design system.

• Articulate design intentions to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Conduct design reviews that result in actionable decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product design, particularly in delivering responsive web applications, preferably including B2B or operational software.

• Solid foundation in interaction design and visual design.

• A portfolio demonstrating comprehensive work on complex problems, showcasing thought processes, trade-offs, and outcomes.

• Ability to navigate feedback while maintaining design integrity.

• Deliver high-quality work within sprint commitments.

• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing user value.
