This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the complete product design process from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to grasp customer requirements, business goals, and technical limitations.
• Perform user research, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze workflows, and assess usability.
• Convert intricate business needs into seamless user experiences.
• Develop user flows, establish information architecture, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Lead design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional collaborative sessions.
• Establish success metrics for design initiatives in collaboration with Product Management.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to assess product performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Work effectively within distributed and global teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or similar fields.
• Proven record of success in designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or intricate B2B products.
• Established experience in complex environments that involve dense data, multi-user workflows, administrative tools, or operational systems.
• Strong abilities in product thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and contribution to design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
