Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and evolve digital products from exploration to delivery, ensuring alignment between business vision and user needs.

• Engage in discovery, ideation, and validation processes for products and services.

• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Create and maintain design components, UI Kits, and Design Systems to ensure visual and functional consistency.

• Apply qualitative and quantitative UX Research principles to support design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in product, business, development, and research.

• Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements.

• Present and defend design proposals to stakeholders with strategic focus and visual clarity.

• Incorporate metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and heuristic analysis to optimize user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of proven experience as a Product Designer or in similar roles.

• Advanced English (C1) is non-negotiable.

• Experience in designing and developing digital products.

• Proficiency in Figma, Maze, Miro, FigJam, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of navigation architecture, interaction flows, and experience maps.

• Experience with Design Systems, design heuristics, and usability testing.

• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make evidence-based decisions.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.

• A highly visual and functional portfolio showcasing challenges, development, process flow, and design impact.

• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with teams and stakeholders.

• Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to change.

• Ability to defend and argue design decisions with solid foundations.

• Collaborative work style and goal-oriented attitude.
