Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Advocate for our design principles in every aspect of your work.

• Conduct extensive exploration before narrowing down. Diverge in layout, structure, and methodology — then select a path and commit to it.

• Spearhead design for key platform initiatives from initial concept to final execution.

• Transform complex technical workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• Collaborate with engineers to create real interactions — utilizing code rather than just interactive Figma prototypes.

• Develop and enhance our design system in real-time, leveraging tools like Claude Code alongside engineering teams.

• Question conventional solutions when they don't meet our needs. Do this subtly, through superior work.

• Elevate the standard for the entire team through your contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product design, preferably with a background in early-stage or rapidly evolving startups.

• A thoughtfully curated portfolio showcasing both detailed designs and overarching strategies.

• Passion for craftsmanship: A solid grasp of design fundamentals such as typography, spacing, color theory, along with UX clarity and attention to micro-interactions.

• Proficiency in prototyping with code. You’re comfortable opening a terminal, collaborating closely with engineers, or utilizing AI tools like Claude Code to deliver tangible components.

• A proactive mindset towards building. You understand that design is not complete once the Figma file is finalized.

• A strong tendency towards collaboration, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

• Capable of storytelling and going beyond the obvious solutions.

• Experience in designing for technical audiences (such as developers, security engineers, and DevOps) is a plus.

• Mastery of Figma — while it’s our primary tool, we’re also expanding our toolkit.

• Proficient in understanding web technologies — able to read HTML and CSS confidently, inspect and modify web pages comfortably, and ideally, write some code as well. Experience shipping real code is a bonus.
