This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate user interactions and pinpoint areas of friction throughout the customer journey.
• Perform usability assessments and user research to identify pain points and avenues for enhancement.
• Analyze support inquiries, customer feedback, and usage trends to reveal UX challenges.
• Develop user journeys, process diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Streamline intricate workflows and boost task completion rates.
• Design new product features from initial concept to full implementation.
• Enhance existing workflows, including onboarding, authentication, task management, payments, document uploads, and client communications.
• Craft intuitive experiences that assist users in navigating complex legal processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to convert business requirements into user-centric solutions.
• Produce high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Build and sustain a scalable design system.
• Develop reusable design patterns and components.
• Maintain consistency throughout the product experience.
• Contribute to defining UX standards and best practices for future development.
• Establish and monitor UX success metrics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement analytics and track user behavior.
• Identify points of user drop-off and potential opportunities for conversion improvements.
• Leverage data and user insights to influence design decisions.
• Enhance the usability of key client workflows.
• Minimize user confusion and reduce support inquiries.
• Increase completion rates for onboarding and client-related tasks.
• Improve the experiences related to payments and document submissions.
• Create a framework for assessing UX effectiveness.
• Establish scalable design standards to accommodate future product growth.
• Assist in shaping the long-term product experience and strategy.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal personnel, operations leaders, product stakeholders, and development teams to comprehend client needs, business workflows, and product specifications.
• Work in partnership with developers and technology stakeholders to ensure design solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the overall product roadmap.
• Convert complex legal and operational processes into clear, user-friendly product experiences.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing SaaS or web-based applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving abilities and workflow enhancement.
• Proficiency in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Advanced skills in Figma.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Solid understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
• Experience in designing for complex, multi-step workflows.
