Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design concepts, wireframes, flows, journeys, and interfaces for web and mobile experiences;

• Develop and enhance scalable Design Systems for web and mobile experiences;

• Create navigable prototypes for validation with stakeholders and user testing;

• Conduct interviews and usability tests, turning insights into actionable improvements;

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Researchers in multidisciplinary teams;

• Identify usability issues and translate user perspectives into enhancements in the experience;

• Assist in building and solidifying the user experience across our products;

• Operate end-to-end, with a strong sense of ownership from discovery to delivery;

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree (graduation, course, or postgraduate) in Design is preferred;

• Proven experience in digital product design;

• A portfolio showcasing projects that span different stages of the design process;

• Ability to solve problems in an organized, creative, and results-oriented manner;

• Experience with design and prototyping software (Figma);

• Background in user research, usability testing, and/or co-creation dynamics;

• Experience with E-commerce, Checkout, Shopping, Financial Products, Organic Acquisitions, and Growth;

• Basic reading proficiency in English.
