Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process from initial discovery to final implementation.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to establish product strategy and enhance user experience.

• Perform user research, conduct customer interviews, and carry out usability testing.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Create intricate workflows that balance user-friendliness with robust functionality.

• Contribute to and advance the design system and component library.

• Leverage data, customer feedback, and experimentation to enhance product experiences.

• Champion outstanding user experience throughout the organization.

• Present design ideas and reasoning to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences that address customer challenges.

• Shape product direction through customer insights and design leadership.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to launch high-quality features.

• Assist in establishing and evolving a top-tier design culture.

• Enhance the quality and consistency of the product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing digital products for B2B SaaS applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX, interaction design, and refined visual design.

• Experience in designing complex web applications, dashboards, or workflow-driven software.

• Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

• Experience working closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in designing products for logistics, supply chain, transportation, or similar operational software is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries is a plus.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.

• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices is a plus.

• Experience in high-growth startup or SaaS environments is a plus.

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
