Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape and enhance product strategy and vision.

• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, customer journeys, and a variety of other design artifacts.

• Engage in an iterative design process that includes rapid prototyping, user experience research, and hypothesis testing.

• Partner with engineers by providing design guidance and comprehending technical requirements.

• Impact product elements ranging from copywriting to lifecycle marketing.

• Advocate for a Design-oriented product development approach while mentoring fellow designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working on Consumer-facing products, particularly in Mobile.

• Skilled in contemporary design tools, such as Figma.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your product design capabilities and relevant experience.

• Knowledge of user-centric design principles.

• Strong grasp of intuitive user workflows.

• Experience in integrating GenAI into design processes.

• Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence.

• Proactive and creative approach to navigating uncertainty.
